Building Surveys
We provide comprehensive building surveys, including condition, dilapidation, and pre-acquisition assessments. Our expertise covers party wall matters, building defect analysis, and drone surveys for hard-to-reach areas. These services deliver accurate insights, supporting informed decisions, compliance, and cost planning for your property, whether for maintenance or refurbishment.
Project Design & Management
Our support includes options appraisals, feasibility studies, design development, and preparation of detailed specifications. Acting on your behalf, we secure statutory approvals and ensure your project is carefully planned, compliant, and delivered in line with your objectives, programme, and budget. As Project Lead, we coordinate the appointment of consultants and oversee project delivery to ensure smooth and effective execution.
Contract Administration
We offer comprehensive contract administration services, including cost control, contract management, and tender management. By managing procurement, tracking contractor performance, and ensuring compliance, we help projects run smoothly and achieve their objectives on time, on budget, and to the expected quality.
Heritage and Conservation
We support projects involving listed and historic buildings, offering advice, consent application assistance, and condition surveys as part of our wider services. We can provide design and project management for sensitive sites, helping to maintain historic value while enabling buildings to meet modern requirements.

Funding Support
We assist clients in securing funding through routes such as CIF, Nursery Capital Funding, the School Rebuilding Programme, Section 106, and SEND funding streams. We also support the prioritisation of SCA funding. Our experience ensures proposals align with funding criteria, helping clients deliver their project objectives.

Strategic Planning
Our strategic planning services cover estate management, decarbonisation planning, and asset management strategies. We review existing accommodation against DfE BB103 schedules, helping ensure space and resources are used efficiently. By aligning estate planning with long-term goals, we support informed, sustainable, and cost-effective decision-making.
Our offices in Market Harborough, Nottingham, Lincoln and Birmingham give us a strong presence, enabling our building surveyors and clerk of works to act as a trusted building partner to clients across the UK.
