Voluntary-Aided Schools
With 10 to 30 years of experience supporting Leicester, Derby, and Coventry Dioceses, we work closely with over 30 Voluntary Aided (VA) schools on funding bids, surveys, design, and project delivery. Our collaborative approach ensures full statutory compliance while delivering high-quality, sustainable learning environments tailored to the unique needs of each school community.

Our expertise encompasses everything from undertaking building surveys to designing and delivering new builds, refurbishments, and internal alterations, with a focus on creating flexible, safe, and accessible learning environments.
Secondary Schools
From major expansions to creating specialist facilities, we deliver future-proofed new build and refurbishment projects for secondary schools that enhance the student experience.
Local Authority Maintained Schools
We work closely with local authorities to support LA-maintained schools, delivering building surveys and undertaking condition upgrades and estate improvements. Projects often include window, door, boiler, and roof replacements and fire safety improvements. Our expertise helps councils meet statutory obligations, manage budgets effectively, and provide high-quality education facilities.
Single and Multi-Academy Trusts
We partner with more than 50 single and multi-academy trusts to deliver condition improvements across their estates. From undertaking building surveys to aid estate management plans, to managing condition upgrades and providing full design services, we help trusts create high-performing learning environments.
SEND Schools
We have expertise in designing new SEND buildings within mainstream schools and internally altering existing spaces to create SEND provisions, as well as the capability to deliver new SEND schools. We focus on creating safe and sensory-friendly environments that meet the needs of special educational needs and disabilities.
Alternative Provision Schools
Our alternative provision projects span designing and delivering new Alternative Provision units, as well as converting an existing mainstream buildings. We carefully design environments that support wellbeing, re-engagement, and positive outcomes, ensuring facilities are robust, safe, and tailored to the needs of pupils and staff.
Nurseries
We design and deliver safe, stimulating nursery environments that encourage play, exploration, and early development. We have created standalone Nurseries and, through the school-based nursery programme, supported numerous schools in securing funding to refurbish or repurpose existing buildings and managed the projects through to completion.
