Land-Based Campuses

Digital Centres
We have designed and delivered modern digital hubs and Institute of Technology centres that support innovation and collaboration. With robust infrastructure, future-ready technology, and flexible layouts, these facilities support digital skills development, research and industry partnerships.
Masterplanning
Our masterplanning services help colleges understand their estate needs and prioritise developments. By producing short, medium, and long-term plans with ready-to-go project options, we enable proactive decision-making and ensure estates can evolve efficiently as funding arises.
Sports Facilities
We design and enhance indoor and outdoor sports and recreation facilities that promote active lifestyles and meet competition standards. Focusing on durability, safety, accessibility, and multi-use functionality, our spaces serve college communities, encourage wider engagement, and generate revenue opportunities without compromising safeguarding.
Decarbonisation Schemes
We help colleges achieve sustainability targets through low-carbon design, fabric-first improvements, and renewable energy integration. Our practical solutions reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and lower running costs, supporting long-term environmental and financial sustainability across the campus estate.
Student Accommodation
We design and remodel FE student accommodation, delivering high-quality, comfortable, and safe living and collaboration spaces. Working closely with estates teams, our solutions meet aspiration and budget, remain flexible for future needs, and foster community, collaboration, and wellbeing, covering both new-build and existing accommodation projects.
Practical projects have been delivered to a high standard where costs were pragmatically controlled in relation to the nature of the works.
