We understand the practical and technical challenges organisations face. With in-house specialists across multiple disciplines, including a dedicated Clerk of Works, we bring strong technical expertise to quality-check project delivery and ensure estates, facilities, and designs are compliant. Volunteering
We actively encourage our people to make a positive difference beyond the workplace. We offer employees one paid day each year to volunteer for causes that matter most to them, empowering them to support organisations and initiatives they feel personally connected to. Alongside this, we maintain strong, ongoing partnerships with local schools and community groups, contributing time, skills, and resources.
Education Support
We regularly mentor students through the RIBA Student Mentoring Scheme, and provide degree apprenticeships and T Level work experience across our architecture and building surveying teams. We deliver school careers talks, CV guidance, and work in partnership with Derby City Council’s Employers for Enterprise (E4E) to support secondary schools and colleges. We actively promote inclusivity through Women in STEM, and contribute to skills development through our role on the Derby College Professional Construction Employment and Skills Academy Business Advisory Board.
Sustainability
We embed responsible and environmentally conscious practices across both our office operations and our projects. As architects and construction consultants, we actively promote sustainable design through careful material selection, reduced energy demand, and the integration of practical green design solutions. Wherever possible, we prioritise local supply chains to reduce environmental impact while supporting local economies, ensuring our work delivers long-term value for clients, communities, and the environment.
